Manipulating for bloodlines..

BioName: Sinobi Gossuka

Parents: Sinobi Gashir and..uh..whoever Gashir was married to.
Height: 5'8
Eye color: Brown
Description: Gossuka has short black hair, as well as a slight goatee. He wears bandages on the top of his head, but wears his forehead protector the "correct" manner, not covering an eye like his father wore it. His build is a bit muscular, but not too bulky. Beyond the usual Jounin uniform, he also wears a long, thick, dark green cape for reasons unknown.
Gossuka lost his father as a child due to circumstances involving the Hyuuga Household, and because of it he has sworn revenge against the Hyuugas. Beyond this however, Gossuka is fascinated with the idea of advanced bloodline jutsus, and as other people including his father before him had done, is researching a way in which to be able to take the bloodline jutsu from another shinobi and make it one's own, perhaps even combining various bloodline jutsus. With Leaf being practically the only village nowadays that accepts Bloodlines, Gossuka has even more of an interest in the village, wanting not just the Byakugan but also other advanced bloodlines he can find, as well as revenge for his father..
Gossuka is currently a very high-ranking advisor to the Raikage, and has been appointed as Cloud's Ambassador to the other villages. Also in the ranks of the Cloud's government are other individuals who share the interest in the bloodline limits and/or a hatred of Leaf, and whom are willing to follow Gossuka's command.. Gossuka knows a variety of Ninjutsu, mostly dealing with the weather (particularly Lightning jutsus, of course), but is also a master at Genjutsu, his favorite ability in particular being a jutsu which allows him to "cloud the mind" of his opponent, in a way hypnotizing them and making them much more susceptible to suggestion. With this jutsu, as well as help from his followers and very cunning mind, Gossuka has been able to manipulate the Raikage and has at times been controlling Cloud from behind the scenes, making sure everything goes towards his plans..
On the outside, however, Gossuka acts like the perfect Ambassador: Well-spoken, intelligent and kind. He has stated that he wishes to bring peace between Cloud and all of the villages, and is perfectly willing to make as many visits as possible to work out any problems between villages.. Only those who look deep enough are able to see the true intentions that he really possesses, and only those lucky enough are able to do so without being found out and disappearing in an unfortunate accident..
